DESCRIPTION
Combined with the OmniScape-R camera, this reality-shattering digital storage device will record an entire 360-degree, 3.0 megapixel sensor image. When video is played back via the OmniScape system, the recording contains all the information from the original scene, making it possible to virtually pan, tilt and zoom, as if viewing live images — all while the Omni-DVR continues to record live.
Using retrospective Virtual PTZ the whole recording can be examined in detail. A particular event can be reviewed on a virtual camera and then the evidence can be selected for recording to a device connected to the analog outputs.
OmniScape camera activity detection can be used retroactively to quickly and automatically search recordings for specifi c events such as object removal, left luggage or video motion detection.
