The 8.5" monitor is incredibly slim (less than two inches deep and weighs less than two pounds) and the included wires for the cameras carry both the power and video signals in one wire. The remote control for the LCD monitor adds additional convenience and versatility. When you have both cameras connected, you can use the remote to switch between cameras to view each camera separately. You can also adjust the monitor's settings.
