SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping is handled in different ways for different products. 

SAFES
Because safes are big and heavy, expect big charges.  $450 is the average price for delivering a safe.  Safes under 100lbs are shipped for $50 within Toronto.

INSTALLED PRODUCTS
Most products that require installation by our trained professional locksmiths are brought to your door with the locksmith.  There is no additional delivery fee but expect a Trip Charge from the Locksmith.  The trip charge is sometimes called a "Truck Charge".  Choose "BEST WAY" for this option.

NEXT DAY
Many products are shipped the same day or the next day by courrier (UPS) or our driver.

Shipping charges are at the cost of the client.  Unopened product can be returned within thirty (30) days for a full Refund, less shipping and handling.  Each product carries its own warranty.  Please call if any product fails to meet your expectations.
